Global Cocktail Influences

Flavours that travel from our bar to your glass

Sourcing Inspiration

Great cocktails are a map of journeys taken—literally and figuratively. At Boujee House we look to Italy for complex amaros, to Mexico for smoky mezcal, to Japan for yuzu and matcha, and to Korea for kimchi‑infused bitters. We combine these influences with fresh local produce to create drinks that feel both familiar and new.

Our bartenders experiment with fermented fruits, house‑made cordials and clarified juices. We build drinks layer by layer, balancing bitter, sour, sweet and umami to let each ingredient shine. A cocktail might feature seaweed tincture one week and miso caramel the next, always anchored by quality spirits and careful technique.

These global influences aren’t trend chasing; they’re a celebration of cultures we admire. We invite you to explore them with us, sip by sip.
